U.S. University Study Abroad Fair Tour:
Our goal is to increase study abroad enrollments to your institution or program. We attend 40-50 study abroad fairs at colleges and universities around the U.S. and set up an exhibit stand/ table to showcase your programs.
The INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS ABROAD table is manned by our staff (after you train them on what you offer) who actually attend each campus on your behalf. The advantage is that you don't have to have available staff to be represented across the USA, nor do you have to incur the costs of flying them across the country, paying for hotels, car rentals and meals. Not to mention, you WON'T pay for any registration fees at any fair we attend. That in itself saves anywhere from $100-$180 per venue. You'll have a fixed cost that you'll know in advance to attend a campus fair. If you have a small budget this can be ideal for your institution!
Since you have less than five minutes with a potential student at a fair, the goal is to get your materials in their hands and gather their contact information for follow-up. You don't need staff that know EVERYTHING about what you offer....just the main points to get them interested and then get their information to pass on to you. That is what we do. You'll get electronic spreadsheets each week with your leads to follow up with.
The cost varies, depending on how many fairs you choose to go to, but is less than $200 per Study Abroad Fair!
We keep the cost low by having you share a table no more that 4-5 other clients. This allows your institution to effectively handout materials to thousands of interested students without the burden of the accompanying costs.

International Programs Abroad (IPA) Table:
If your institution or program is located outside one Germany (see Germany Table section), or if you offer multiple country destinations, you should choose to be represented on our "International Programs Abroad" table. This table is a general international table appropriate for any program or service wishing to promote to students who are interested in going abroad. Each client will have signage at the back of the table and a section for at least two 8.5 x11 handouts or brochures.
Study & Intern in Germany Table:
If your institution or program is located in Germany, we have a GERMANY-SPECIFIC table. Anchored by the DAAD http://www.daad.org/, who has been a client since 2007, we target US campuses that are conducive to promoting study abroad and internships in Germany. Each client will have signage at the back of the table and a section for at least two 8.5 x 11 handouts or brochures.
